Languedoc Roussillon with Leon Stolarski
Leon's tasting was my first venture into wines from the Languedoc Roussillon region, and I was surprised at the wide variety available. It was clear from his detailed knowledge that he has spent an awful lot of time making visits off the beaten track and at personal recommendations to discover and research so many wines, and it would appear that he's either very fortunate or very studious to find so many good producers.
