Appreciating Malt, Grain & Grass with Peter Morris Wilson WSET Educator

You know you have those nights that you'll always remember? Well this was one of them. This was a very special tasting. Our Vice-President Peter provided some very special whisk(e)ys for us to taste. From Japanese to North American, Scottish, Irish and all finished off with some Guatemalan Rhum. Some of these were from his own personal collection and which would cost an absolute fortune to replace - if you even could! As usual Peter's depth of knowledge comes across through his easy style of speaking with everyone having learned a lot about what they were tasting without feeling that they were being lectured to. We will definitely be having him back in the future!
