The Northern Ireland Wine & Spirit Institute welcomes you to our website. All of our glasses are charged and our stock is plentiful as we embark upon another year of tastings.

Membership is open to anyone who wishes to learn about the influences different vine growing / wine making techniques have on the production of wine. You will hopefully find out more about how they taste and why.

 

We have a series of events planned, with different speakers passing on their wealth of experience and knowledge.
